My culinary journey began when I moved from my native to Pune for college. Since then, I have traveled India far and wide and eat almost every thing Indian platter has to offer.
When I returned home, the flavors came with me.
Here’s is a sneak peek into my last week:

Menemen is a Turkish Egg Dish. This dish was first introduced to me by my Turkish couch-surfer when I hosted her in 2015. Since then, I am in love with this cuisine.

Shakshouka is an Arabic Egg Dish. I was fascinated with this dish after seeing images of it online. I tried for the first time myself, and it was not bad at all.
I learned to make these from my Bengali colleagues. BTW, did I mention that both of them are oil free!!

Apart from being eggless, this is super simple recipe that I found on Youtube. Main ingredient is Bourbon biscuits.

I just tend to over do when it comes to dry fruits. This one has a lingering after taste, which takes cravings on another level.
