The Bara Imambara

The Bara Imambara, also known as Asfi Imambara, was built in Lucknow, India, in 1784 by the Nawab of Awadh. Bara means “big” in Arabic. The Bara Imambara is the second-largest imambara complex, after Nizamat Imambara
