This nature preserve covers 2200 acres and features such as Arabia Mountain, South River, Arabia Lake, South River, wetlands. It also has rock outcrops, temperature forest, and other fields that can all be enjoyed year round.
A 1.25-mile trail, the Vaughters’ Farm Meadow Loop, was made possible by a generous grant from REI. This unpaved, easy trail is ideal for a quick escape and provides unbeatable views over the Vaughters’ Barn and rolling hills.

The Flat Rock Archives can be found in Stonecrest, Georgia. It is situated in the Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area. The Flat Rock Archives is located in a historic landscape. Flat Rock Archives is part AMNHA’s larger landscape.
Yellow River Park is surrounded by a lush, rolling forest and a flowing river. It evokes the spirit of a North Georgia mountain adventure. The park’s trail system is located in a suburban neighborhood between Stone Mountain, Snellville, and just outside Atlanta’s perimeter road.
This major attraction is built around the world’s largest chunk of exposed granite. Stone Mountain’s summit is accessible via a 1.6-kilometre trail on Stone Mountain’s west side or the Skyride aerial tram.
