Colorado Republican and lawyer Ken Buck called the threats against grand jurors "despicable" and said that they "are just doing their civic duty, showing up and doing their job as Americans."

Buck said, "If you're innocent, act like it. I can't think of anything worse than attacking the criminal justice system because you're a criminal defendant.

Buck expressed his support for former Vice President Mike Pence and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, saying that he believes they are both capable of "stepping up and assuming that mantle."

Despite voting against Trump's impeachment, Republican Representative Ken Buck said that voters deserve to know the truth about the January 6th attack before the 2024 election.
