The tee times fill up quickly during peak summer times. If you don’t want to be there, book the earliest slot in the morning or play on a weekday. If you need a cold beverage or a new glove, there is a snack bar and pro shop on-site.

The museum does an excellent job of presenting artifacts and exhibits in a way that engages the visitor and makes them want to explore the pioneer culture responsible for settling the area over a century ago.

The Norrell Lock and Dam 2 are located roughly between Batesville and Stuttgart Arkansas. They have largely stopped the flow of water upriver and created a long stretch with calm water that is a favourite among boaters, fishermen, and all outdoor enthusiasts.
The ASU Museum is the largest and most comprehensive museum of its type in the state. It features exhibits, artifacts and displays that are related to the state’s culture, history, and geography. You will learn more about The Natural State than you could ever imagine.
Although the Skirmish at Jonesboro may not be well-known outside of the local area it is a fascinating piece of local history.
