Holly Springs is situated south of Cherokee County’s center. It borders Canton, the county seat to the north and Woodstock to its south. The city is accessible via exits 11 or 14. Interstate 575 runs through it. Downtown Atlanta is located 36 miles (58km) south.

J.B. Owens Park

J.B. Owens Park was named after James Baxter Owens, the last agent at the City’s Historic Train Depot. It opened in 2015 and is now known as J.B. Owens Park.

The park covers 33 acres and features a playground, two pavilions that can be used by the public, natural and concrete trails, and an open playing field. J.B. Owens Park can be found at 2699 Hickory Road, near Harmony on The Lakes subdivision. You can rent the Park’s multi-purpose field and pavilions.
