Powder Canyon takes you through beautiful forest areas before entering a canyon through the Puente Hills. After turning around, it climbs back over the hills. This route is popular with equestrians, as there are corrals at both ends of the canyon. It appears that hikers use this route less than those in the hills. Sometimes you might have the entire area to yourself.
